Establishment of Geeta Jyoti School has it's purpose of embodying the dreams of the famous freedom fighter Lt. Vishnu Kanta Awasthi. The School was founded in 1984 with a very humble origin. After achieving continuous success of imparting education for 28 years under the aegis ofM.P. Board, it is now a well established C.B.S.E. Sr. Secondary School going ahead with leaps and bounds with new innovative methodologies of teaching and technology.

Transport Facility

The safe to and from journey of the students is our foremost priority. School’s location is in prime-area of the city as such the approach is very-very convenient. Secondly, the school enjoys the services of third party vehicle operators. Parents and students have always shown a welcoming response to the services.

Physical Training

Physical Training (PT) or Physical Education is a class that pupils are required to take at school. PT is included an essential warm-up in our daily assembly. It is also taken during primary and secondary education. With the help of different equipments, physical education cards and expert trainer, the training is given. Based on the performance of the school, we enjoy the certificate of FIT INDIA.

Library Facility

Books are our true friends. The school library is well-equipped with the books of all genres. Students from all the levels, enjoy book reading, specially meant for their age and category. The senior level is supported with the competition oriented book-club.

Medical Facility

Service to human is service to God. The children are very emotionally and empathetically taken care of. The school manages the sick-room and first-aid facility. It also keeps in touch with the doctors, to organize camps and sessions to train the staff and students time to time.

Sports Facility

Fit India Healthy India, We Prepare the students for the same. In addition to in-door sports facilities, school provides an upgraded and sophisticatedly designed, Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton courts and Kho-Kho, Kabaddi grounds. Children are given due privilege to participate in the sports activities under expert guidance & supervision.

Expert Facility

As the school nurtures the students from classes Nursery to XII, the expert’s guides and counselors are invited time to time for different fields & levels to add and upgrade and update the teacher’s expertise. The teachers are encouraged to participate in the workshops, which in turn motivate the children to participate in intra-school and inter-school competitions organized under the banners of Sahodaya & Hub of Learning.
