Admission Procedure

How admission works

1. Registration

Fill up the registration form with two photographs, either online or at the school office.

2. Documents

Enclose the birth certificate, Transfer Certificate and previous mark sheet (see checklist below).

3. Admission Test

For Class I to XII, qualify the school's admission test, based on the CBSE course of studies.

4. Confirmation

Complete fee payment online or at the office to confirm and secure your child's seat.

ⓘThe school grants admission from Class Nursery to Class XII as per the rules and regulations stipulated by CBSE and the state authority. Students coming from other schools must produce a Transfer Certificate from the school last attended at the time of admission.

Promotion Criteria

  • Promotion is decided on cumulative grades / marks obtained during the year.
  • A student should have grasped the subject matter of the present class sufficiently well to follow the subject in the higher class easily.
  • If a child fails in a class for two consecutive years, it is obligatory for the parents to withdraw the child from the school.
  • The Principal's decision is final and conclusive in the matter of promotion.

Online Registration

Six simple steps

  1. Fill in the details in the registration form.
  2. Click and submit the registration page.
  3. Save the acknowledgment slip on your mobile / computer — you'll receive a Registration Number for further communication.
  4. The school provides a provisional admission number and password via SMS within 24 hours.
  5. Use the payment link to deposit the fee online and confirm admission.
  6. Keep the receipt safe for further communication.

Requesting & verifying a TC

Parents withdrawing a child from Geeta Jyoti School can request a Transfer Certificate from the school office. Please allow a few working days for processing, and ensure all dues are cleared before applying. For verification of an issued TC, contact the school office directly with the admission number and TC number.
